Stretching is one of those things that everyone tells you that you have to do… Sometimes I wonder if those people have to work, by the time you add up all of the stuff your supposed to do – not to mention riding your bike there isn’t enough time left to go to work – let alone sleep.
So when I came accross this post by David Hanenburg I was imediately interested on two fronts
1) the word simple stretches appeals to me – who has the time to memorise all this stuff anyway?
2) The whole routine can be done in 3 minutes 20 second – even i can find that amount of time in a day!
